Choose your wheels

How to choose surfskate wheels?

Wheel hardness:

These wheels offer smooth rolling and perform well on different surfaces.

Softer wheels provide more comfort on rough terrain and better grip.

Harder wheels make sliding easier but provide less comfort on rough surfaces.

Wheel shape:

Square edges: Suitable for grip and control in carving, sharp turns and downhill rides.

Rounded edges: Ideal for sliding, freeride and surfskate with smooth transitions and flow.

Wheel diameter:

60mm to 70mm: Small, lightweight wheels that accelerate quickly but sacrifice some grip and comfort compared to larger wheels.

65mm to 70mm: A versatile size that balances acceleration, comfort and grip.

Over 70mm: Large wheels provide a good compromise between acceleration, comfort and grip, but may require riser pads.

Important note: For wheels over 65mm, we recommend using riser pads between the trucks and the deck to prevent wheel bite (contact between wheels and deck), which can cause sudden stopping. If you have any doubts, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service.
