Shipping Costs :

Shipping is free for purchases over €200 within mainland France for home deliveries via DPD Classic. For orders below €100, we strive to find the best solution to ensure you pay as little as possible:

The actual shipping costs are higher than the prices indicated, but we aim to keep them as low as possible to make Radline products easily accessible to everyone.

 

Shipping Terms :

Radline is committed to shipping any order placed before 1 p.m. on the same day.
Example for mainland France : An order placed on Monday evening or Tuesday before 1 p.m. will be shipped on Tuesday and delivered to your address by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest.
The tracking number will be communicated to you immediately after shipment and will remain available in your customer account at www.radline-boards.com.

Parcels are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We skate on the weekends too!

Packaging :

When we receive a package, we like it to be well-prepared, so when we ship one ourselves, we take the same care!
Everything is packed to ensure that the packages withstand transportation, arrive well-presented, and, of course, that the products are in perfect condition.

 

Absence at Delivery :

Either a delivery notice will be left for you, or you will be asked via SMS/email to choose a pickup point to collect your parcel from a nearby La Poste office or a relay point.
Don't forget to bring a valid ID when collecting your package.
In case of unavailability, you can authorize someone of your choice to collect your parcel. They will need to bring a signed authorization letter from you and their ID.
Please note that the parcel must be collected within two weeks; otherwise, it will be returned to us, and a re-shipping fee of €8.90 will apply.

Additional Information :

No compensation can be claimed if an item cannot be delivered due to a strike, accident, natural disaster, or any other cause beyond our control. The withdrawal period is 14 days. If the size does not fit, you can return a product within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or an exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Note : Products must be new, unused, unworn, and packaged as originally received.
